🛍️ Custom-Made Items
Every item on our website is custom printed just for you as soon as you place your order. Because we do not keep a warehouse of pre made inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, colour, or change your mind.
Please carefully review the Size Guide provided on each product page before completing your purchase to ensure a perfect fit.

🔄 The "Right Size" Guarantee
We want you to love your apparel. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, please contact our support team at phibyraphi@gmail.com
While we cannot accept a return of your original item, we will issue you a one-time 50% discount code so you can rebuy the correct size immediately. You do not need to ship the original item back to us.

⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is a completely different size or color than what you originally ordered, we will fix it immediately at no cost to you.
To file a claim:
  1. Contact us (phibyraphi@gmail.com) within 14 days of receiving your package.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Attach a clear photo showing the damage or the incorrect label.
Once verified, we will send you a brand-new replacement item completely free of charge. You do not need to mail the defective item back to us.
