- Can I change or cancel my order?
Production starts automatically to get your items to you quickly. Once an order is placed, it enters production and cannot be edited, changed, or canceled. - Where is your size guide?
Every product page includes a specific Size Guide link. Please check your measurements carefully before completing your purchase. - What if I ordered the wrong size?
Because our items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors. However, we offer a Right Size Guarantee. Contact us, and we will send you a one-time 50% discount code to rebuy the correct size. You do not need to send the original item back.
🚚 Shipping & Tracking
- How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your destination address and package weight. - How long will it take to get my order?
Every item is printed custom for you. Production takes 2 to 5 business days. After production, standard shipping takes an average of 5 to 10 business days (7 to 15 business days for international orders). - How do I track my package?
We will email you a tracking number and link as soon as your package ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status. - Will I have to pay customs fees?
International packages may face import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are set by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
- What is your return policy?
All sales are final for buyer's remorse or sizing mistakes. We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or if we sent the incorrect item. - My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
We will fix it immediately at no cost to you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage or defect. We will ship a free replacement. - Do I need to mail my damaged item back?
No. Please do not mail any items back to us or our manufacturing facilities unless explicitly instructed by our support team.
